-Possible change of route: Our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bag have an additional cost.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m.
-Triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange for delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs that may be required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: for example, if the passenger's behavior is unfavorable to the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.

Day 2: LAS VEGAS
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning and afternoon free. At night, there will be a tour that includes a visit to the most historic hotel in Las Vegas, the Caesar Palace Hotel. You will tour the city's best-known street, the “Las Vegas Strip,” witnessing its many attractions until you reach the famous Fremont Street located in the heart of Downtown, the old part and origin of the city of Las Vegas. There they will be able to witness the famous light and sound show on a roof that covers the street, as well as improvised performances by street artists looking for an opportunity in the world of entertainment. Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we say goodbye to the bustling city of Las Vegas and head out towards the Nevada Desert to return to the State of California through part of the extensive San Joaquin Valley. Arrive in Fresno or Mammoth Lakes in the late afternoon and overnight.

For those who want to continue exploring the city on their own, they can stay at the Wharf and/or add a cruise to Alcatraz or an excursion to Sausalito. Free afternoon. Accommodation.
(Alcatraz can only be added during the summer months since, in winter, there is no afternoon ferry to reach the island. To add Alcatraz, we recommend requesting it at least 30 days before the date of the trip since tickets to the prison are very limited and sell out long in advance).

We offer you the emblematic Tour of Upper and Lower Manhattan in the vibrant city of New York. This complete Manhattan tour will take you to the heart of the Big Apple, immersing you in a spectacular cosmopolitan labyrinth of imposing skyscrapers. Travel every corner of the island of Manhattan, from its highest to its lowest streets, with the help of our official guide and discover the grandeur of the city that never sleeps. An unforgettable experience that will immerse you in the vibrant essence of New York City. Our tour begins between 8:00 and 8:20 in the morning, depending on the location of your hotel, to ensure that you make the most of your day. We’ll head into Upper Manhattan, exploring the charming west side of Central Park until we reach the iconic Columbus Circle, home to the famous statue of Christopher Columbus. We’ll continue to the Lincoln Center, home of the renowned New York City Ballet, the Metropolitan Opera, and the Philharmonic Orchestra. Here you can admire the grandeur of the performing arts.
Our first stop will be the iconic Dakota Building, known for its tragic connection to the death of John Lennon. At this point, we'll hop off the bus for a moment and walk to the nearby Strawberry Fields Garden in Central Park, where you can take a photo of the Imagine plaque honoring the legendary musician. We'll hop back on the bus and head toward the picturesque Harlem neighborhood, where you can appreciate the fascinating contrast between old architecture and emerging modernity. We'll head down Fifth Avenue, enjoying a panoramic view of the famous Museum Mile, where the highlights include the Museo del Barrio, the Metropolitan Museum, the Frick Collection, and the Guggenheim. On this leg of the tour, you’ll pass the majestic St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the iconic Rockefeller Center before reaching our third stop, Madison Square, where you’ll be able to capture a wonderful shot of the Flatiron Building and the Empire State Building on the horizon. We’ll continue our tour toward Lower Manhattan, exploring the charming neighborhoods of Greenwich Village, Soho, Chinatown, and Little Italy. You’ll also have the chance to admire the majesty of City Hall, the Courthouse, and the Federal Reserve. On the way to our next stop, you’ll be able to admire two architectural gems from the bus: Trinity Church and St. Paul’s Chapel. The fourth stop takes us to Wall Street, the financial district, and the iconic site of New York’s Ground Zero. This section is done on foot, as it’s the best way to appreciate the area’s awe-inspiring beauty. You’ll see the stunning Oculus subway station, a masterpiece by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, as well as the imposing One World Trade Center, one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world. Accompanied by our guide, we’ll walk to the 911 Memorial, a moving tribute to the victims of the September 11 attacks. Then, we’ll explore New York’s bustling financial district, where you’ll find the iconic bronze sculpture of the Wall Street Bull and the courageous Fearless Girl challenging the New York Stock Exchange building.
