-Flights: Once issued, tickets are non-refundable. Name changes are not permitted.

-Management fees: €30 per booking.

-Ground services:

  *Up to 46 days prior to departure date: Cancellation free of charge.

  *Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure date: 25% penalty.

  *Between 29 and 15 days prior to departure date: 50% penalty.

  *Between 14 and 0 days prior to departure date: 100% penalty.

Overnight transfers arriving in Chicago and departing from New Orleans will have an additional charge per person per trip. Consult in each case. Night transfers are considered those that are outside the following times:

  • City of origin - Chicago: arrivals until 10:00 p.m.
  • New Orleans - City of origin: departures from 10:00 hrs

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers.

-The prices published for children are only valid for children under 12 years of age in the air portion and children under 11 years of age in the air portion terrestrial, sharing a room with two adults. From the age of 11 they pay as an adult in the land services and from the age of 12 they pay as an adult in the air portion.

-Free time: during free time Clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally being between 06:30 hrs and 09:30 hrs. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room services or breakfast bags have an additional cost (direct payment at destination).

- Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard Check-in times apply, unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.

-The triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.

-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a package closed, so there will be no refunds or discounts for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

- Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund. for services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee to be able to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

Day 1: CHICAGO

Flight from your hometown to Chicago-O'Hare Airport.

Arrival at Chicago International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.

Day 2: CHICAGO

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a panoramic tour of the city. We'll begin the tour in the financial district with a visit to one of the tallest buildings in the world: the Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower). We'll have the opportunity to admire the panoramic views of several notable buildings: the First Chicago Bank Plaza, the Civic Opera House, City Hall, and the imposing Illinois State Building. Traveling along Wacker Drive along the Chicago River, we'll have perfect views of the Merchandise Mart (which belonged to the Kennedy family) and the Marina City towers. Moving south, we'll visit the University of Chicago and, following Lake Shore Boulevard, we'll reach the museum district, which also offers the best panoramic view of the city. Day 4: INDIANAPOLIS - NASHVILLE

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Nashville, the most important city in the American music industry. We will arrive at noon and immediately embark on a panoramic tour, passing by Vanderbilt University, Bicentennial Park, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. In the evening, we will depart for the area with the largest number of live music bars in the world, where you will have free time to enjoy yourselves. Overnight stay.

Day 5: NASHVILLE - MEMPHIS

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Memphis, Tennessee. Our first activity upon arrival will be to visit the legendary Sun Studios, the birthplace of rock and roll. We will continue with a visit to the moving Civil Rights Museum, located in the same building where Martin Luther King was assassinated in 1968. Tonight, we will head out to enjoy the city's music scene and the legendary Beale Street, visiting one of the many bars along the street to listen to some rhythm and blues music. Overnight stay.

Day 6: MEMPHIS - NEW ORLEANS

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for one of the most important visits of the trip: Elvis Presley's mansion (Graceland Mansion). At the end of the visit, we continue to Crescent City, New Orleans, arriving in the late afternoon. Overnight stay.

Day 7: NEW ORLEANS

Breakfast and departure for Oak Alley, one of the most famous plantations of the 19th century. After visiting the plantation, we continue our journey to the famous Louisiana Swamps, where you will have free time for lunch (not included) or a swamp boat ride (not included) to experience the bayou and its wildlife up close. Return to New Orleans in the afternoon. Overnight stay.

Day 8: NEW ORLEANS

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a tour of the French Quarter, a shopping and restaurant area that has been a trading post since 1791. In one morning, you can travel through three centuries of history, legends, and romances in this city that no one cared for and yet grew to the rhythm of music, libertine living, harsh weather, magic, ethnic blends, and unique cuisine, creating its own sounds and images, such as those of the famous French Quarter and historic Jackson Square, home to City Hall, where the documents certifying that Napoleon Bonaparte sold French Louisiana to Thomas Jefferson are kept, thus consolidating the greatest business deal in history.
