Cancellations received between 9 and 4 days prior to the service start date will incur a penalty of 75% of the total service cost.

Cancellations received from 3 days prior to the service start date will incur a penalty of 100%.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, with arrival in Hanoi on Sundays year-round.

-The deadline for booking for this tour or extra services is 15 days prior to arrival in Vietnam for guaranteed departures and 30 days prior for non-guaranteed departures (private services). After this deadline, any new booking, change, or added service will incur an emergency handling fee. Requests for changes or additional services cannot be guaranteed after the booking deadline.

-Night Transfers (hotel/airport/hotel): Transfers for international flights arriving or departing between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM will incur a surcharge.

-International Flight Delays: In the event of a delay of more than 3 hours on arrival flights at the destination airports, a surcharge will be applied to cover the waiting time for the guide and vehicle. Payment is made directly at the destination.

-Depending on the departure time of the return flight from Ho Chi Minh City, there may not be enough time to complete the scheduled excursion that day. If the client chooses to purchase a flight departing before 8:00 PM, they will not have enough time to complete the activity, and there will be no refund.

-Free Time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible Route Change: Our representative in Vietnam has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure. The itinerary is subject to change depending on the flights chosen by the client, as well as weather conditions.

-Possible Changes to Accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, the client will be offered an alternative within the same contracted category.

-Regarding accommodations, please note that there is no official hotel rating system in Vietnam. The hotel categories offered in this program are for guidance only, comparing them to categories in Europe; they are not official categories.

-Triple Rooms

: Triple cabins are not available on Halong Bay cruises. Guests who have booked a triple room will have one double cabin and one single cabin during the cruise. Triple rooms in hotels generally only have two beds.

-Breakfast included in hotels has assigned times according to each hotel's policies, generally between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of these times, guests will forfeit this service. Room service and breakfast bags are available at an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee room availability. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Room availability outside of these hours will incur an extra charge. Please inquire for details.

-Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it is the passenger's responsibility to file a claim and contact the airline directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged luggage.

-Persons with Reduced Mobility: Some locations, hotels, and transportation options are not wheelchair accessible. Please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Vietnam, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's attitude jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Generally, hotels They require the passenger to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Vietnam: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current entry and exit regulations of the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Landscapes and ethnicities of Vietnam (without flights) itinerary

Day 1: HANOI - LAO CAI

Arrival in Hanoi and transfer to a small hotel in the city, where you will have a room available from 12:00 to 18:00 to freshen up. Dinner at a local restaurant and transfer to the station for your overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight on board in a shared 4-berth soft cabin. Day 2: LAO CAI - VILLAGES - SAPA

Arrival at the station and transfer to your hotel in Sapa for check-in and breakfast. Afterwards, departure for an excursion for your first visit to the area.

Itinerary until March 31, 2026: We will begin with a visit to Cat Cat village. Then, transfer to Suoi Ho to begin the trek to Ma Tra. The beautiful landscape of the Ma Tra Valley will unfold before our eyes, characterized by its impressive terraces and rice fields scattered across the hills. We will also see H’Mong villages and people working in the fields, while watching children play. Finally, we will visit Ta Phin village. Return to Sapa. Lunch at a local restaurant. Free time and accommodation.

Itinerary from April 1, 2026: We will begin the day by visiting the village of Y Linh Ho, where you can enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery and learn about the traditional life of the local communities. We will continue to the village of Lao Chai, inhabited by the Black H'mong people, and the village of Ta Van, home to the Dzay people, both located on the edge of a deep and beautiful valley. Return to Sapa. Lunch at a restaurant. Free afternoon and accommodation.

Day 3: SAPA - VILLAGES - HANOI

Itinerary until March 31, 2026: Breakfast at the hotel and departure to complete the excursion with a visit to the ethnic villages of Sapa: Lao Chai village of the Black H'mong and Ta Van village of the Dzay ethnic group, located on the edge of a deep and beautiful valley. Lunch in Sapa and free time until your transfer to the bus station for your Express bus to Hanoi (approx. 6 hours).Itinerary from April 1, 2026: Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a walk in the area to explore the daily life of its inhabitants while enjoying the surrounding nature. Afterward, we will have coffee while enjoying a beautiful panoramic view. Lunch in Sapa and free time until your Express bus departure to Hanoi (approx. 6 hours).

Arrival at Hanoi bus station and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.Recommendation: For your free time in Hanoi, we recommend booking a relaxing massage, taking a stroll and having a coffee at Hoan Kiem Lake, or going shopping in the Old Quarter.

Day 4: HANOI

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to begin the tour of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. It is also considered one of the few Asian cities with tree-lined avenues, French colonial architecture, tranquil lakes, and oriental temples. The tour includes a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, founded in 1070 in honor of Confucius and considered the symbol of Hanoi. We continue to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, visiting its exterior from Ba Dinh Square. We will then proceed to the One Pillar Pagoda, built in 1049 on a single stone pillar by Emperor Ly Thai Tong, who reigned from 1028 to 1054. The pagoda is designed in the shape of a lotus flower in honor of Buddha. Lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, we will have an experience with flowers and their traditional arranging techniques. Visit a traditional flower shop to see how bouquets are made, how this beautiful and traditional Vietnamese spiritual art is passed down and preserved from generation to generation. There, you will learn to recognize exotic flowers while enjoying preparing a spiritual floral offering. Afterward, we arrive at Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart of Hanoi, where we will take a stroll around its perimeter with a panoramic view of Ngoc Son Temple, located in the middle of the lake, along with the red Huc Bridge. Finally, we will take a scenic cycle tour through Hanoi's Old Quarter, also known as the 36 Streets, as it was once famous for the artisans who lived there and the workshops located within. Day 5: HANOI – HALONG BAY

Breakfast at the hotel and departure by road to Halong Bay, which in Vietnamese means "the dragon descending from the sea." According to legend, it was a dragon who formed the islands of the bay. Board a wonderful cruise ship to visit the bay. Lunch on board. The sailing continues, revealing thousands of islands and islets covered in lush vegetation that emerge from the bay with their unusual shapes and varying sizes. The emerald waters of this legendary natural treasure lead us to explore sublime islands such as Turtle Island, Dog Island, Man's Head Island, and others. Due to its unique beauty, geological features, biological richness, and cultural and historical significance, Halong Bay was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994 and included on the list of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World in 2011. Beyond contemplating the magnificent scenery, we enjoy free time or some optional activities such as swimming, kayaking, or participating in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the ship's deck. Day 6: HALONG BAY – DA NANG – HOI AN

At sunrise, for those interested, there will be a Tai Chi class on the sun terrace. The cruise continues through the bay with its nearly 2,000 limestone islands, allowing you to further enjoy its unique landscapes. Take advantage of this moment to capture the best photos of this natural wonder. Enjoy a late breakfast (brunch) on board to recharge before heading back to shore. Disembark at Halong Pier and transfer to Hanoi Airport for your domestic flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Hoi An. In the evening, transfer to the Hoai River for a boat trip to understand why this river holds such special significance for the people of Hoi An. As night falls, the streets are illuminated with lanterns and colorful lights, and lanterns are even released into the water for good fortune. Day 7: HOI AN

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a panoramic tour of Hoi An, a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries, whose architecture and relaxed lifestyle have changed little in recent years. Arrival in the Old Town, from where we will begin our walking tour through the old town center to visit Phung Hung (Old Merchant House), the over 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Hall, the old Tan Ky House with its traditional architecture, and the Sa Huynh History Museum. Lunch at a local restaurant. Free afternoon to enjoy the beach, stroll through the colorful central market, or do some shopping. Overnight stay.

Day 8: HOI AN – DA NANG – HUE

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Da Nang, where you can admire its idyllic beaches. We will also visit the Linh Ung Pagoda with its stunning panoramic views of the city and the enchanting coastline of the Son Tra Peninsula. Continue by road to Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam, via the Hai Van Pass ("Ocean of Clouds" in Vietnamese) and the picturesque Lang Co Beach. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and transfer to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, visit the Thien Mu Pagoda (Heavenly Lady), the symbol of Hue, built in 1601 between a river and a pine forest on the banks of the famous Perfume River. Day 9: HUE – HO CHI MINH

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a panoramic tour of the imperial city of Hue, the former capital of the country for over 140 years. We will discover its rich historical past and glorious monumental jewels scattered within its walls. Visit the Imperial Citadel, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993, which houses the mythical "Forbidden Purple City." The city was protected by a massive wall and a moat stretching 10 km, with walls 2 meters thick, and was the seat of power for the Nguyen Dynasty between 1802 and 1945. Afterward, we visit the tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, also known as the "Temple of Supreme Grace." Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to the most spectacular tomb in Hue, the tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh. We tour the Stele Pavilion, the tomb hall, and the bronze statue of the emperor with its overwhelming and dazzling decoration. Day 10: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS – HO CHI MINH

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for an excursion to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, an impressive network of underground tunnels stretching over 200 kilometers, which served as the base of operations for the Viet Cong guerrillas during the Vietnam War. Afterwards, we return to Ho Chi Minh City for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, a panoramic tour of Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, where we will first see the exterior of the historic Reunification Palace and the old Central Post Office with its impressive architecture. We will then stroll along Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, where the municipal buildings, the Ho Chi Minh statue, and the City Hall are located. After the tour, you will have free time to try an authentic Vietnamese coffee, enjoy the sunset, immerse yourself in the city's hustle and bustle and its friendly people, visit the Takashima Shopping Center, stroll through Saigon Square and Ben Thanh Market, attend the A O Show at the Opera House, or enjoy a wonderful dinner cruise on the Saigon River. Day 11: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Mekong Delta, one of Vietnam's most famous destinations, where local life has flowed since ancient times. This spectacular delta is located about two hours by road from the bustling streets of Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival in My Tho/Ben Tre, we board a boat that will take us for approximately an hour and a half through narrow canals, surrounded by dense vegetation, to the heart of the Delta with its market and floating houses, its excellent cuisine, and its lush tropical landscapes. You will discover a completely different world, where life revolves around the Mekong River. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to sample many local products, such as exotic fruits grown in the Delta's orchards and coconut candies made in family-run factories. Upon reaching the riverbank, we will take a ride through the village in a traditional horse-drawn cart (Xe Loi) to get a closer look at the area's features. Next, we'll take a rowboat through the narrow canals framed by coconut palms and tropical vegetation. Lunch at a local restaurant and return to Ho Chi Minh City by road. Transfer to the airport.
