-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, arriving in Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) on Wednesdays, according to the published departure schedule.

-Breakfast included at hotels has assigned times according to each hotel's policies, generally between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Outside of the established hours, the passenger will forfeit this service. Room service or breakfast bag services are available at an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee room availability. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m. On the other hand, the use of the rooms on the day of departure from the hotel is only permitted until 10:00 AM.

-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route change: Our representative in Zimbabwe and South Africa has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure.

-If traveling with children under 6 years old, the photo safari in Pilanesberg National Park must be done as a private service. Please inquire about the supplement.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the company directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.

-Persons with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible; please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Zimbabwe, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Therefore In general, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from passengers as a guarantee to provide services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements in Zimbabwe and South Africa: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, vaccination, and health requirements vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

- FLIGHTS : 100% penalty from the moment the air tickets are issued. Change of date and name Not allowed.

- GROUND SERVICES: 

  ;Cancellations received between 40 and 35 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 25% of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received between 34 and 31 days prior to the date from the beginning of the services will have a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the beginning of the services will have a penalty of 100% of the total services

-The prices published for children are valid for those over 7 and under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old they pay as an adult.

-In the case of traveling with children under 7 years old, the photographic safari in the Kruger Park will have to be done in private service. See supplement.
