-Breakfast included at hotels has assigned times according to each hotel's policies, generally between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Outside of the hotel's established hours, the passenger will forfeit this service. Room service or breakfast bag services are available at an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee room availability. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m. On the other hand, the use of hotel rooms on the day of departure is only permitted until 10:00 AM. Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide. Possible route changes: Our representative in South Africa has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure. In this program, which includes road transfers to the Kruger Park area, visits en route are subject to weather conditions and travel time. Depending on these factors, some of the planned stops may not be possible, especially during June, July, and August when it gets dark earlier, and entry to the park area is not permitted after 5:00 PM. If traveling with children under 6 years old, the photo safari in Kruger Park must be done as a private service. Please inquire about the supplement.

-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the company directly to arrange for delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.

-Persons with reduced mobility: Some places, hotels, and transportation are not wheelchair accessible; please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in South Africa, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's attitude jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group, they will be obliged to leave the tour without any discount or refund for the services they cannot use.

-Credit Card: Generally, Hotels require passengers to provide a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to facilitate services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for South Africa: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current entry and exit regulations of the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, vaccination, and health requirements vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

  ;Cancellations received between 40 and 35 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 25% of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received between 34 and 31 days prior to the date from the beginning of the services will have a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the beginning of the services will have a penalty of 100% of the total services



-The prices published for children are valid for people over 6 and under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.

-In the case of traveling with children under 6 years of age, the photographic safari in the Kruger Park will have to be done in private service. See supplement.


Day 1: JOHANNESBURG

Arrival at Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport and transfer to your hotel with a Spanish-speaking driver-guide. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

(If your flight arrives early, we suggest an optional half-day tour of Johannesburg and Soweto. The tour begins around 1:00 PM.)

Day 2: JOHANNESBURG – MPUMALANGA – KRUGER PARK AREA

Breakfast and departure early in the morning to the Kruger Park area, crossing the province of Mpumalanga and visiting places of impressive beauty such as: Bourke's Luck Potholes in the Blyde River Canyon (visits subject to availability of weather and weather conditions). Free time for lunch (not included). Arrival at the hotel in the afternoon. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3: KRUGER PARK AREA

Departure before dawn for a full-day photo safari, returning to the hotel in the afternoon. The hotel will provide a cold breakfast (picnic). Since the scheduled departure time is 5:30 a.m., guests may have breakfast en route. The photo safari will be conducted in an open 4x4 vehicle with a Spanish-speaking guide who will rotate between vehicles if there are more than 9 passengers. As it is prohibited to leave the roads within the park, a stop will be made at midday at an authorized camp for lunch (not included). After the safari, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: KRUGER PARK AREA – PRETORIA – JOHANNESBURG – CAPE TOWN

Breakfast and departure to Johannesburg. En route, stop for a panoramic tour of Pretoria, passing by Church Square and the Union Buildings (tickets to monuments not included). Free time for lunch (not included). Continue to Johannesburg's O.R. Tambo International Airport for your flight to Cape Town (*). Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

(*) If the client chooses to book a flight departing from Johannesburg's Lanserria Airport, transfers from Kruger will have an additional charge. The flight to Cape Town must depart from Johannesburg after 7:00 p.m. If a flight is booked with an earlier departure time than indicated, it is likely that you will not be able to board in time.

Day 7: CAPE TOWN – OUDTSHOORN (GARDEN ROUTE)

Breakfast and departure for Oudtshoorn, traveling along the scenic Route 62, passing through charming towns such as Robertson, Muntagu, and Barrydale, accompanied by a Spanish-speaking driver-guide. Upon arrival in the town of Oudtshoorn, a visit to an ostrich farm will be made. Lunch is included at the farm. After lunch, transfer to the hotel and free time to rest. Overnight stay.

Day 8: OUDTSHOORN – KNYSNA (GARDEN ROUTE)

Breakfast and departure for the famous Cango Caves, a spectacular system of underground limestone caverns. They are the largest in Africa and one of the longest in the world, stretching over 4 kilometers, and are considered one of the country's most important natural wonders. After the visit, we will continue to the town of Knysna, a picturesque place on South Africa's Indian Ocean coast, arriving at the waterfront in time for lunch (not included). Free afternoon to explore this famous seaside town, enjoy the shops, and stroll along the waterfront. Overnight stay.
