-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will forfeit this service. Room service and breakfast bag services are available at an additional cost. Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of your trip does not guarantee room availability. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to ensure immediate access to your room. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 PM. Triple rooms: Please note that in most hotels, triple rooms do not have three beds, but rather two. A third bed is rarely available, and it will usually be slightly smaller than the existing beds, typically a rollaway bed. Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airline, it is the passenger's responsibility to file a claim and contact the airline directly to arrange for its return or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Colombia, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Tourist sites in Colombia (such as churches and convents) may be closed to the public throughout the year without prior notice.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The program is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: In the event that a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group or at the hotels, they will be obliged to Canceling the trip without any discount or refund for services not enjoyed.

-Credit Card: Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as phone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-The price of this program is based on special rates for foreign tourists. Hotels will require clients to present their passport with the entry stamp for the country as a tourist. If the passport does not have the corresponding stamp, hotels will apply 19% VAT to the total stay, payable by the client directly to each establishment.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements in Colombia: It is the client's responsibility to be informed about the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry, and health requirements vary from country to country and may be subject to change at short notice.

Day 1: BOGOTA

Day 2: BOGOTA

After breakfast, depart for a guided tour of the city. We'll begin with a visit to Monserrate Hill, one of Bogotá's highest points and an iconic symbol of the city, offering one of the best panoramic views of Bogotá. Next, we'll head to La Candelaria, Bogotá's historic center. We'll stroll through its cobblestone streets and colonial architecture while our guide delves into the history and important events that have taken place in this region. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. The next stop will be the renowned Gold Museum (closed Mondays), recognized as one of the world's most important museums thanks to its vast collection of pre-Columbian art, where gold pieces created by local indigenous groups take center stage. Afterward, be amazed by the Botero Museum (closed Tuesdays), located in the Mint of the Bank of the Republic. There, you can appreciate the extensive collection of works by the master artist Fernando Botero. In addition, in the left wing of the museum, you will also see the collection of contemporary art pieces, donated by the artist to the Colombian government. We will also see works by Dalí, Picasso, Moore, and many more. Return to the hotel and the rest of the afternoon is free. Overnight stay.

Day 3: BOGOTA - COFFEE REGION - SALENTO

Breakfast and transfer to Bogotá airport. Arrival at Pereira airport and transfer to your hotel in Salento. Afterward, depart on an excursion aboard a classic Jeep Willys to visit a traditional coffee farm. The experience begins with a tour through lush landscapes and unique biodiversity, to understand the complex coffee process, from seed to cup. Along the way, you will delve into the secrets of the soils and cultivation techniques that make the coffee from this region so special. We will learn about the careful selection of ripe beans and the importance of harvesting at the right time to guarantee the quality of the coffee. Day 4: SALENTO - COCORA VALLEY - FILANDIA - SALENTO

Breakfast and departure for an excursion to discover the majestic Cocora Valley, known for being home to the Wax Palm, Colombia's national symbol, which reaches up to 70 meters in height. This valley invites you to enjoy a 2-hour hike along its mountain trails. Traditional lunch in the area (with plantain chips and trout, and a non-alcoholic beverage included). This route takes us to discover the charm of Filandia, a small coffee-growing town located about 40 minutes from Salento. Its vibrantly colored facades create a true work of urban art, which has earned it recognition from the World Tourism Organization as the winner of the Best Tourist Village 2023 program. Day 5: SALENTO - MEDELLIN

Breakfast and transfer to Pereira Airport. Arrival at Medellín Airport and transfer to the hotel. However, since the early 2000s, Medellín has undergone a remarkable transformation with investments in infrastructure and education. This tour invites us to discover the history of this metropolis and its evolution toward recognition as one of the most innovative cities in the world and an epicenter of urban art. This phenomenon has led local authorities to recognize graffiti as a fundamental cultural element of the city.
