-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will forfeit this service. Room service and breakfast bag services are available at an additional cost. Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of your trip does not guarantee room availability. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to ensure immediate access to your room. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 PM. Triple rooms: Please note that in most hotels, triple rooms do not have three beds, but rather two. A third bed is rarely available, and it will usually be slightly smaller than the existing beds, typically a rollaway bed. Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airline, it is the passenger's responsibility to file a claim and contact the airline directly to arrange for its return or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Colombia, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Tourist sites in Colombia (such as churches and convents) may be closed to the public throughout the year without prior notice.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The program is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Conduct During the Trip: In the event that a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group or at the hotels, they will be obliged to Canceling the trip without any discount or refund for services not enjoyed.

-Credit Card: Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee to cover services such as phone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-The price of this program is based on special rates for foreign tourists. Hotels will require clients to present their passport with the entry stamp for the country as a tourist. If the passport does not have the corresponding stamp, hotels will apply 19% VAT to the total stay, payable by the client directly to each establishment.

-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements in Colombia: It is the client's responsibility to be informed about the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. We'll head to the fascinating Comuna 13, where local guides will share the story of its transformation into an international benchmark for urban art, social innovation, and community expression. Its murals, escalators, and creative atmosphere make this visit an authentic and inspiring experience. We'll continue by visiting some of the most emblematic places in the city center and its surroundings, such as Plaza Botero, with its monumental sculptures. We'll then visit the traditional Pueblito Paisa, an ideal viewpoint to appreciate the city from above, enjoy the area, take photographs, browse local shops, or simply relax. Free afternoon. Day 3: MEDELLIN - GUATAPÉ - MEDELLIN

Breakfast. Departure on an excursion to discover the most emblematic attractions of Antioquia. We will begin by visiting the imposing Piedra del Peñol. At 220 meters high and with more than 700 steps, this gigantic monolith offers a memorable climb and a unique panoramic view of the reservoir, perfect for capturing spectacular photographs. The excursion continues to the charming town of Guatapé, famous for its cobblestone streets and colorful facades. Every corner is an opportunity to capture incredible images, from the decorated baseboards to its viewpoints and plazas. Afterward, we will take a boat trip, during which you can see the iconic La Manuela farm from a distance, a historical curiosity that adds a different touch to the landscape. Today we will discover the world of coffee on an unforgettable visit. Dressed in traditional attire (poncho, hat, and basket), we will embark on a fascinating walking tour and experience firsthand the entire process, from harvesting to how the coffee reaches your cup, all while exploring the plantations. In the morning, we depart for the department of Quindío to reach the Cocora Valley, where we will walk among the majestic wax palms, the tallest in the world, and explore trails surrounded by cloud forests that lend a magical atmosphere to the landscape. We will continue with a visit to Salento, one of the most representative towns of the Coffee Region. Its colorful streets, traditional architecture, and the vibrant local life on Calle Real will allow us to appreciate the authenticity of the region firsthand. From its viewpoint, we will enjoy a privileged view of the valley. Afterward, we will head to Filandia to stroll through its charming streets made of wattle and daub. We will visit its natural viewpoints and the "From Vine to Basket" interpretation center, where we will learn about the ancestral art of traditional basketry made with plant fibers.
