Zinacantán

It is a town in the state of Chiapas. The name of the region where it is located was Señor Negro, but it changed to Place of Bats because there was a cave of bats that were deified by natives of the place, deciding to give it this name. This town is well known for the manufacture of colorful fabrics. The inhabitants of this town have always been characterized by their diplomacy and ability to negotiate. San Lorenzo Mártir is the titular patron of the town.
