-Flights: Once tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable. Name change is not allowed.

-Management fees: €30 per reservation.

-Ground services:

  *Up to 31 days prior to departure date: Cancellation free of charge.

  *Between 30 and 21 days prior to departure date: 15% penalty.

  *Between 20 and 8 days prior to departure date: 20% penalty.

 *Between 7 and 3 days prior to departure date: 50% penalty.

  *Cancellation between 2 days prior and the day of departure or no-show: 100% penalty.

Night transfers to and from New York will have an additional charge per person per trip. Please inquire on a case-by-case basis. Night transfers are considered to be those outside the following times:

  • Origin City - New York: arrivals up to 9:30 p.m.
  • New York - Origin City: departures after 7:30 a.m.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, according to the published departure schedule.

-The published prices for children are only valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. From 12 years old they pay as adults.

-Free time: During free time, clients do not have access to transportation or a local guide.

-Possible route changes: Our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.

-Possible changes in accommodations: If for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, the client will be offered an alternative within the same contracted category.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned schedules according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:30 hrs and 09:30 hrs. Outside of the schedule established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bags have an additional cost (direct payment at destination).

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply, unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available after 3:00 p.m.

-Triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.

-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance expenses required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special Foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although no type of special diet or menu can be guaranteed.

-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: In the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.

-Credit Card: Generally, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee to provide telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements for the United States: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may change at short notice and without prior notice.

Day 1: NEW YORK

Flight from your hometown to New York - All airports.

Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.

Day 2: NEW YORK – NIAGARA FALLS

Breakfast at the hotel and early departure for Niagara. During the trip, you will cross the Appalachian Mountains. The route runs through the states of Pennsylvania and New York. Arrival in Niagara in the afternoon, and only depending on the season (*), there will be a ride aboard the famous "Maid of the Mist" boat (this ride will take place on that day or the next day, the guide will inform guests at the destination). Accommodation.

(*) Navigation in Niagara only operates during the summer season; from November to April, the cruise will be replaced by a visit to the Wind Caves.

Day 3: NIAGARA FALLS - BOSTON

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, the Niagara Falls tour will be completed by visiting the hydroelectric dam, Niagara Park and Lake Ontario. Then, departure towards the city of Boston where you arrive late in the afternoon. Accommodation.

Day 4: BOSTON

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, take a panoramic tour of the city, including Harvard University, Copley Square, across from Trinity Church, the Back Bay neighborhood, Faneuil Hall Shopping Center, and Quincy Market. Free afternoon. Overnight stay.

Day 5: BOSTON–NEWPORT–NEW YORK

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure for New York City. En route, you will stop in Newport to explore this charming coastal city, known as the sailing capital of the United States and home to the 19th-century mansions of the Astors and Vanderbilts, each with its Gilded Age features. Free time for lunch (not included). Continue to New York City, arriving in the late afternoon. Overnight.

Day 6: NEW YORK

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure for a panoramic tour of the city, starting in the direction of Upper Manhattan. Along Central Park you pass the Lincoln Center, the Dakota Building and Strawberry Fields. After a brief stop in Central Park to see the Imagine plaque in tribute to John Lennon, continue to Harlem. After this tour of the north zone, the route takes us along 5th Avenue passing in front of the most famous museums: Metropolitan, Frick and Guggenheim. You will also pass in front of St. Patrick's Cathedral and the famous Rockefeller Center. Brief stop at Madison Square for a view of the famous Flatiron Building and Empire State Building. Continue to Lower Manhattan, passing through Greenwich Village, Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy, Wall Street, Trinity Church and St. Paul's Chapel. From here you continue walking until you reach Battery Park, a historic park from where you can see the Statue of Liberty in the distance. The tour ends at this point and here passengers can choose to stay to visit other places of interest in lower Manhattan on their own or return by bus to 34th Street. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.
