Night transfers to and from New York will have an additional charge per person per trip. Please inquire on a case-by-case basis. Night transfers are considered to be those outside the following times:
-Guaranteed departures for 2 or more passengers, according to the published departure schedule.
-The published prices for children are only valid for children under 12 years of age and sharing a room with two adults. From 12 years old they pay as adults.
-Free time: During free time, clients do not have access to transportation or a local guide.
-Possible route changes: Our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodations: If for any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, the client will be offered an alternative within the same contracted category.
-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned schedules according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 6:00 hrs and 10:00 hrs. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bags have an additional cost.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply, unless additional nights are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available after 3:00 PM.
-Triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Luggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance expenses required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special Foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although no type of special diet or menu can be guaranteed.
-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: In the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit Card: Generally, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee to provide telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements for the United States: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves of the current regulations regarding entry and exit to the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may change at short notice and without prior notice.

Breakfast at the hotel and early departure for Niagara. During the trip, you will cross the Appalachian Mountains. The route runs through the states of Pennsylvania and New York. Arrival in Niagara in the afternoon, and only depending on the season (*), there will be a ride aboard the famous "Maid of the Mist" boat (this ride will take place on that day or the next day, the guide will inform guests at the destination).
