-Management fees: €30 per reservation.
-Ground services:
*Up to 31 days prior to departure date: Cancellation free of charge.
*Between 30 and 21 days prior to departure date: 15% penalty.
*Between 20 and 8 days prior to departure date: 20% penalty.
*Between 7 and 3 days prior to departure date: 50% penalty.
*Cancellation between 2 days prior and the day of departure or no-show: 100% penalty.
Supplement night transfers
Night transfers to and from New York will have an additional charge per person per trip. Consult on a case-by-case basis. Night transfers are considered to be those outside the following times:
- Spain - New York: arrivals until 9:30 p.m.
- New York - Spain: departures after 7:30 a.m.
Important notes
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers.
-The prices published for children are only valid for children under 12 years of age and sharing a room with two adults. From the age of 12 they pay as an adult.
-Free time: during free time clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodation: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally being between 06:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room services or breakfast bags have an additional cost.
- Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.
-The triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a package closed, so there will be no refunds or discounts for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
- Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund. for services that you cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee to be able to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Philadelphia, the city where thirteen colonies declared their independence from England. Upon arrival, a panoramic visit is made that includes: Elfreth's road, the old Victorian neighborhood, Benjamin Franklin Boulevard with a stop in front of the Museum of Art, Rock stairs and the Liberty Bell. Free time for lunch (not included). Continuation of the trip to the Dutch country Amish Country where a brief visit will be made before continuing to Washington. Arrival late in the afternoon. Day 3: WASHINGTON
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for a four-hour sightseeing tour that will take us to Arlington Cemetery, home to the graves of the Kennedy brothers; the Lincoln Memorial, IWO Jima; the White House (exterior); Pennsylvania Avenue; and the Capitol. Free afternoon to visit the Smithsonian Institution museums. Return to the hotel at guests' expense. Overnight stay.

Day 4: WASHINGTON – NIAGARA FALLS
Breakfast at the hotel. Early in the morning, departure to Niagara. The route runs through the states of Pennsylvania and New York, crossing the Appalachian Mountains. Arrival in Niagara in the afternoon and only depending on the season (*), there will be a ride aboard the famous boat “Maid of the Mist” (this ride will take place this day or the next day, the guide will inform customers at destination). Accommodation.
(*) The navigation in Niagara is only operational in the summer season, from November to April the cruise will be replaced by a visit to the caves of the wind.

En route, you will stop in Newport to explore this charming coastal city, known as the sailing capital of the United States and home to the 19th-century mansions of the Astors and Vanderbilts, each with its Gilded Age features. Free time for lunch (not included). Continue to New York City, arriving in the late afternoon. Overnight.

Day 8: NEW YORK
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure for a panoramic tour of the city, starting in the direction of Upper Manhattan. Along Central Park you pass the Lincoln Center, the Dakota Building and Strawberry Fields. After a brief stop in Central Park to see the Imagine plaque in tribute to John Lennon, continue to Harlem. After this tour of the north zone, the route takes us along 5th Avenue passing in front of the most famous museums: Metropolitan, Frick and Guggenheim. You will also pass in front of St. Patrick's Cathedral and the famous Rockefeller Center. Brief stop at Madison Square for a view of the famous Flatiron Building and Empire State Building. Continue to Lower Manhattan, passing through Greenwich Village, Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy, Wall Street, Trinity Church and St. Paul's Chapel. From here you continue walking until you reach Battery Park, a historic park from where you can see the Statue of Liberty in the distance. The Contrasts of New York tour, also known as the New York neighborhoods tour, is the most comprehensive and famous tour in New York. With an approximate duration of 5 hours, this guided tour in Spanish will allow you to get to know the most emblematic neighborhoods of the Big Apple: the Bronx, Queens, Harlem and Brooklyn. Immerse yourself in the fascinating cultural contrast of the city that never sleeps with the help of an expert guide. Our guide will share with you valuable historical and cultural information at each place we visit, adding an extra dimension to your experience.
We will begin the Contrasts tour in New York City at 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. (depending on the location of your hotel and the designated stop). Our first destination will be the Boulevard East Observation Deck, located in Alexander Hamilton Park in New Jersey. This is a unique aspect that sets our tour apart from other Contrasts tours available, as we offer the chance to cross the Hudson River and explore the contrasts of the Big Apple from New Jersey. From this viewing deck, you'll be able to enjoy a privileged view of Manhattan. You'll watch the imposing skyscrapers and skyline unfold before your eyes, creating an unforgettable visual spectacle. This stop is the perfect place to take stunning photos and take in the beauty of Manhattan from a panoramic perspective. We'll continue our tour along the Hudson River, passing through the charming towns of Edgewater and Fort Lee. These towns, bathed by the calm waters of the river, provide a picturesque atmosphere and a pleasant experience during the journey. Our next point of interest will be the Fort Lee Historic Park, where you can delight in the view of the George Washington Bridge (which connects Manhattan to the Bronx) and the Hudson River. These initial stops on the tour will not only provide you with spectacular views, but will also allow you to capture unique moments and familiarize yourself with some of the city's most notable architectural and natural landmarks.
After a well-deserved break to take photos and contemplate the city, we will cross the George Washington Bridge and enter the famous Bronx neighborhood. Our first stop in this vibrant place will be at the legendary Yankee Baseball Stadium. As we explore the Bronx, we'll head to Fort Apache, best known as the police station where the movie Apache District starring Paul Newman was filmed. We'll continue our tour to the South Bronx, where you can see the abundant graffiti and memorials dedicated to gang members who died in street fights. Don't miss the opportunity to photograph the famous graffiti by the famous Puerto Rican rapper Big Pun. And of course, a visit to the Bronx wouldn't be complete without immortalizing the famous Joker Staircase, a must-see attraction for movie lovers.
Our next destination will be Queens, an ethnically diverse enclave in the United States. We'll explore the charming residential neighborhoods of Whitestone and Malta. These neighborhoods are made up of Hispanic, Asian, Greek, Polish and Caribbean communities, and more recently have attracted young professionals from Manhattan. You will discover the curiosities of daily life in Queens and we will visit the Mets Stadium. We will make a stop at the Flushing Meadows Park and the Arthur Ashe National Tennis Stadium, where the US Open Tennis is held.
Continuing with the cultural contrast of this excursion, we will enter the vibrant Jewish neighborhood of Williamsburg in Brooklyn. This place is recognized as the epicenter of the Orthodox Jewish community in New York and is considered the second largest Orthodox Jewish community in the world. You will experience a remarkable change in culture, language, religion, customs and lifestyle as you immerse yourself in this fascinating area of Brooklyn.
To conclude the tour, we will head to the picturesque neighborhood of DUMBO in Brooklyn, where you can photograph the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. This is where our excursion of contrasts comes to an end. If you wish, you can take the bus back to Hudson Yards or tell your guide that you prefer to stay on your own to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge or enjoy the area's culinary offerings.
