Supplement night transfers
Night transfers in and out of New York will have an additional charge per person per way. Consult in each case. Night transfers are considered those outside the following times:
- City of origin - New York: arrivals until 9:30 p.m.
- New York - City of origin: departures from 07:30 a.m.

-The prices published for children are valid for children under 18 years of age sharing a room with two adults. From the age of 18 they pay as an adult.
-Free time: during free time clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodation: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotel, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.
-The triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer Withdrawal: the program is sold as a package closed, so there will be no refunds or discounts for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
- Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or the hotel, he or she will be forced to leave the program without any discount or refund for services that you cannot enjoy.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure for a panoramic tour of the city passing through the places of greatest interest: Downtown, Financial District, Dorothy Chandler Pavillion and Plaza Olvera. The tour continues to Hollywood, where you will find the famous Dolby Theater (site of the Oscars), the Chinese Theater, the Avenue of Stars and Sunset Boulevard. And to end the visit, you will arrive at the famous residential area of Beverly Hills. I'll go back to the hotel, then I have the rest of the day free. Accommodation.

Day 7: LOS ANGELES – GRAND CANYON
Breakfast at the hotel. Early in the morning (approximately 07:30 am), departure to the southern area of the Grand Canyon of the Colorado, crossing the Mojave and Arizona deserts. There will be a stop in Seligman (only during the summer months), a rest point on the legendary Route 66. Arrival at the Grand Canyon area in the late afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 8: GRAND CANYON – LAS VEGAS
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit the Grand Canyon (south zone), a true paradise for lovers of nature and photography. They will get to know the most visited panoramic point in the park, from where they will be able to enjoy incredible views. After the visit, departure to Las Vegas. Along the way we cross some sections of the old Route 66 and we will also pass near the famous Hoover Dam. In the afternoon, arrival in the city of neon lights, fantasy and gambling capital, Las Vegas. Accommodation.

Day 9: LAS VEGAS
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning and afternoon free. At night, there will be a tour that includes a visit to the most historic hotel in Las Vegas, the Caesar Palace Hotel. You will tour the city's best-known street, the “Las Vegas Strip,” witnessing its many attractions until you reach the famous Fremont Street located in the heart of Downtown, the old part and origin of the city of Las Vegas. Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, there will be a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, including the commercial and financial center area, with stops at the Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, the famous Golden Gate Bridge and ending at Fisherman's Wharf. . For those who want to continue exploring the city on their own, they can stay at the Wharf and/or add a cruise to Alcatraz or an excursion to Sausalito. Free afternoon. Accommodation.
(Alcatraz can only be added during the summer months since, in winter, there is no afternoon ferry to reach the island. To add Alcatraz, we recommend requesting it at least 30 days before the date of the trip since tickets to the prison are very limited and sell out long in advance).

Our tour begins between 8:00 and 8:20 in the morning, depending on the location of your hotel, to ensure that you make the most of your day. We’ll head into Upper Manhattan, exploring the charming west side of Central Park until we reach the iconic Columbus Circle, home to the famous statue of Christopher Columbus. We’ll continue to the Lincoln Center, home of the renowned New York City Ballet, the Metropolitan Opera, and the Philharmonic Orchestra. Here you can admire the grandeur of the performing arts.
Our first stop will be the iconic Dakota Building, known for its tragic connection to the death of John Lennon. At this point, we'll hop off the bus for a moment and walk to the nearby Strawberry Fields Garden in Central Park, where you can take a photo of the Imagine plaque honoring the legendary musician. We'll hop back on the bus and head toward the picturesque Harlem neighborhood, where you can appreciate the fascinating contrast between old architecture and emerging modernity. We'll head down Fifth Avenue, enjoying a panoramic view of the famous Museum Mile, where the highlights include the Museo del Barrio, the Metropolitan Museum, the Frick Collection, and the Guggenheim. On this leg of the tour, you’ll pass the majestic St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the iconic Rockefeller Center before reaching our third stop, Madison Square, where you’ll be able to capture a wonderful shot of the Flatiron Building and the Empire State Building on the horizon. We’ll continue our tour toward Lower Manhattan, exploring the charming neighborhoods of Greenwich Village, Soho, Chinatown, and Little Italy. You’ll also have the chance to admire the majesty of City Hall, the Courthouse, and the Federal Reserve. On the way to our next stop, you’ll be able to admire two architectural gems from the bus: Trinity Church and St. Paul’s Chapel. The fourth stop takes us to Wall Street, the financial district, and the iconic site of New York’s Ground Zero. You’ll see the stunning Oculus subway station, a masterpiece by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, as well as the imposing One World Trade Center, one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world.
