-Flights: Once issued, tickets are non-refundable. Name changes are not permitted.

-Management fees: €30 per booking.

-Ground services:

  *Cancellations up to 45 days before departure date: no penalty.

  *Cancellations between 44 and 30 days before departure date: 25% penalty.

  *Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before departure date: 50% penalty.

  *Cancellations from 14 days before departure date: 100% penalty.

Night transfers have a supplement per person per trip. Consult in each case. Night transfers are considered those that are outside the following schedules:


  • Spain - Los Angeles: arrivals until 9:30 p.m. .
  • San Francisco - Spain: departures from 11:00 a.m.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers:

-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible change of route: Our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.

-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bag have an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m.

-Triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.

-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange for delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or broken luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs that may be required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Withdrawal of the consumer: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: for example, if the passenger's behavior is unfavorable to the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.

- In general, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in the United States: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

Prices published for children are only valid for children under 12 years old and sharing a room with two adults. Children over 12 years old pay as adults.

Day 1: THE ANGELS

Flight from your hometown to Los Angeles International Airport.

Arrival at Los Angeles International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

What will you see today?

Day 2: LOS ANGELES

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure for a panoramic tour of the city passing through the places of greatest interest: Downtown, Financial District, Dorothy Chandler Pavillion and Plaza Olvera. The tour continues to Hollywood, where you will find the famous Dolby Theater (site of the Oscars), the Chinese Theater, the Avenue of Stars and Sunset Boulevard. And to end the visit, you will arrive at the famous residential area of Beverly Hills. I'll go back to the hotel, then I have the rest of the day free. Accommodation.

Day 3: LOS ANGELES – GRAND CANYON

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning (approximately 7:30 am), depart for the Grand Canyon South Rim, passing through the Mojave and Arizona deserts. A stop will be made in Seligman (summer only), a rest stop on the legendary Route 66. Arrive at the Grand Canyon in the late afternoon. Overnight.

Day 4: GRAND CANYON – MONUMENT VALLEY – HORSESHOE BEND - PAGE

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit the Grand Canyon (South Rim), a true paradise for nature and photography lovers. You'll visit the park's most visited panoramic point, from where you can enjoy incredible views. After the visit, depart for Monument Valley, the great depression located in the Navajo Indian Reservation. You'll have the opportunity to take an optional excursion into the mystical Navajo Valley in an all-terrain vehicle with a Navajo guide (excursion not included) or take photographs from the viewpoints. Then, continue toward Page, passing by Horseshoe Bend, where you can appreciate one of the few 180-degree bends in the Colorado River and notice the changing colors of the river water between blue and turquoise. Overnight stay.

Day 5: PAGE – ANTELOPE CANYON – LAKE POWELL – BRYCE CANYON

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning departure to visit Antelope Canyon, with its undulating structure that gives it a unique appearance and, together with the rays of light entering the canyon, makes Antelope Canyon one of the most picturesque and most photographed places in the area. The route continues through the Lake Powell area, the largest artificial lake in the United States, until reaching the beautiful Bryce Canyon National Park, a unique place in the world, known for its rock formations called "hoodoos," stone pillars in reddish, orange, and white tones that rise as natural structures. Day 6: BRYCE CANYON – LAS VEGAS

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to complete your visit to Bryce Canyon, to continue appreciating its beauty in all its splendor. Then, depart for the city of neon lights, fantasy and gambling capital, Las Vegas, arriving in the late afternoon. Overnight stay.

Day 7: LAS VEGAS

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning and afternoon free. At night, there will be a tour that includes a visit to the most historic hotel in Las Vegas, the Caesar Palace Hotel. You will tour the city's best-known street, the “Las Vegas Strip,” witnessing its many attractions until you reach the famous Fremont Street located in the heart of Downtown, the old part and origin of the city of Las Vegas. There they will be able to witness the famous light and sound show on a roof that covers the street, as well as improvised performances by street artists looking for an opportunity in the world of entertainment. Day 8: LAS VEGAS – MAMMOTH LAKES OR OAKHURST

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we bid farewell to the bustling city of Las Vegas and head out into the Nevada Desert to reach California, crossing part of the expansive San Joaquin Valley. Arrive in Mammoth Lakes or Oakhurst in the late afternoon and stay overnight.

(During the summer months, tonight will be spent in Mammoth Lakes).

Day 9: MAMMOTH LAKES OR OAKHURST – YOSEMITE - SAN FRANCISCO

Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure to Yosemite National Park where you will have the opportunity to appreciate nature in its purest splendor. The trip continues to San Francisco. Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.

Day 10: SAN FRANCISCO

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, take a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, including the downtown shopping and financial district, with stops at the Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, the famous Golden Gate Bridge, and ending at Fisherman's Wharf. Those who want to continue exploring the city on their own can stay at the Wharf, add a visit to Alcatraz, or an excursion to Sausalito. Free afternoon. Overnight stay.

(Alcatraz can only be added during the summer months, as there are no afternoon ferries to the island in the winter. To add Alcatraz, we recommend requesting it at least 30 days before your trip, as tickets to the prison are very limited and sell out well in advance. Once purchased, a ticket is non-refundable.)

Day 11: SAN FRANCISCO

Breakfast at the hotel and free time until your transfer to San Francisco International Airport.
