Land Services:
- Cancellations made between 62 and 47 days before the start of the trip are subject to a penalty of 25% of the total amount of the confirmed services.
- Cancellations made between 46 and 32 days before the start of the trip are subject to a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the confirmed services.
- Cancellations made between 31 and 16 days before the start of the trip are subject to a penalty of 75% of the total amount of the confirmed services.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 0 days before the start of the trip are subject to a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the confirmed services.
Flights:
Air bookings do not allow changes to Name.
Date changes are only permitted before the issuance of airline tickets.
Once issued, airline tickets are non-refundable.
Administration fees: €30 per booking from the time of confirmation.
-Guaranteed departures with a minimum of 2 passengers, according to the published departure schedule for this program.
-Free time: During free time, clients will not have access to transportation or a local guide.
-Possible route change: Our representative in Madagascar has the right to modify the program for the client's benefit or due to force majeure, without canceling any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes to accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Luggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and contact the airline directly to arrange for its delivery or any applicable compensation. Luxotour will not be responsible for any procedures related to lost or damaged luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, accommodations and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special Diets: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Madagascar, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer Withdrawal: The tour is sold as a fixed package, therefore there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to use or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules, or other events.
-Conduct During the Trip: If a passenger's behavior jeopardizes the operation of the tour and/or causes discomfort to the rest of the group or at the hotels, they will be forced to leave the tour without any discount or refund for services they cannot use.
-Credit Card: Therefore, In general, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from guests as a guarantee to provide services such as telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements for Madagascar: It is the client's responsibility to be aware of the current entry and exit regulations for the country they are traveling to, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Day 3: ANDASIBE NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast and very early departure for Analamazaotra National Park (within Andasibe National Park), where we will take an approximately four-hour hike to observe the Indri, the largest lemur on the island, as well as chameleons, frogs, tree ferns, and pandanus. After lunch (not included), a stroll through the small village of Andasibe to meet the Betsimisaraka people. In the evening, we have a night visit to the Voimma or Vakona Reserve to appreciate various species of endemic fauna of the rainforest, such as the micro-zebu. Return to the lodge and overnight stay.

Day 4: P.N. FROM ANDASIBE - ANTANANARIVO
Early breakfast and return to Antananarivo, “The City of a Thousand,” so named in honor of the thousand soldiers who protected the queen during the Merino monarchy. Visit the Citadel of Ambohimanga (the Blue Hill), a UNESCO World Heritage Site and site of the palaces and fortifications of the last Merino dynasties. Free time for lunch (not included) and a visit to the La Digue Handicraft Market, the largest Malagasy art fair and one of the largest markets in Africa. Finally, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 5: ANTANANARIVO - 3 BAYS - ANTSIRANANA
Breakfast and transfer to Antananarivo airport for your flight to the northern capital. Arrival at Diego Suarez airport and departure for an excursion (in a 4x4 vehicle) to visit the area known as the Three Bays (Sakalava Bay, Pigeon Bay, and Dunes Bay). We will also have a panoramic view of Sugarloaf Mountain (Nosy Longo) in the vast Diego Suarez Bay, which, with a coastline of 156 km, is the second largest in the world after Rio de Janeiro. Arrival at the hotel and the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 6: ANTSIRANANA - MAR ESMERALDA - NOSY SUÁREZ - ANTSIRANANA
Breakfast and departure for Ramena Beach to begin an excursion aboard a traditional Sakalava schooner, sailing through the turquoise waters of the Emerald Sea to reach Nosy Suárez Island (it is advisable to bring a waterproof bag for photographic equipment and valuables), where we will enjoy a lunch of fish and seafood prepared by sailors from the Sakalava and Antakarana ethnic groups. Free time on the beaches of Nosy Suárez and return in the afternoon by schooner to Ramena Beach. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 7: DIEGO SUAREZ - TSINGYS ROJOS - AMBER MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast and early departure in a 4x4 vehicle towards the Red Tsingys of Irodo, where we will discover a magnificent, otherworldly landscape unique in the world. Continue to Ambre Mountain National Park for an easy walk of approximately 3 hours, during which we will observe some of the island's endemic lemur species, such as the Eulemur coronatus, the world's smallest chameleon, the Brookesia micra, as well as one of the most beautiful dense tropical forests in the country. Visit to the sacred waterfall and the "thousand trees" walk. Picnic lunch not included (we recommend ordering a picnic at the hotel the night before). In the afternoon, arrival at the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 8: AMBER MOUNTAIN NP - ANKARANA NP - AMBILOBE
Early breakfast and departure in a 4x4 vehicle to Ankarana National Park, where we will take an approximately two-and-a-half-hour hike. During the hike, we will observe the impressive "tsingys," limestone spires up to one hundred meters high, and discover fauna and flora such as Canarium madagascariensis, Pachypodium baronia, Adansonia perrieri baobab, orchids, pandanus, Eulemur coronatus, Eulemur sanfordi, and bats. Picnic lunch not included (it is recommended to order it the night before at the hotel). Afterward, continue to Ambilobe. Arrival at the hotel and the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 9: AMBILOBE - ANKIFY - NOSY BE
Breakfast and departure for the port of Ankify, passing through plantations of cinnamon, cacao, coffee, and ylang-ylang. Arrival at the jetty to take a speedboat (unguided) to the island of Nosy Be. Arrival at the port of Hellville, capital of the "perfume island," and transfer to your chosen hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.
