-Important information about MACHU PICCHU:

•     ;        The first entrance to the citadel requires the accompaniment of a guide. Take note that the guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

•            The entrance to Machu Picchu allows a maximum stay of 4 hours in the citadel. If the client wants to stay the full time, they must inform their guide before entering the archaeological zone.

•             The route to visit the citadel and the schedules are subject to availability.

•             ;The visit to the Inca Bridge is not included.

•            For the purchase of tickets to Machu Picchu it is necessary to send full name and surname, date of birth, nationality and passport number (these data must match the current passport that will be used for the trip). It is important to note that citadel entrance fees/tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

▪           ;   In all train services to Machu Picchu, the passenger may take on board only hand luggage (backpack, bag or briefcase) with a maximum weight of 5 kilos.

▪             The seats on the train journeys are assigned according to the availability of the car/wagon. Locations can only be managed after ticketing.

-Reservations must include all passenger information: full name, nationality, date of birth, passport number and expiration date (minimum validity of 6 months from arrival in Peru).

-Possible changes in the accommodations: if any of the hotels included in this program were not available at the time of requesting the reservation, an alternative will be offered with the corresponding price review.

-The rooms triples generally only have 2 beds.

-The breakfasts included in hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being Usually between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room services or breakfast bags have an additional cost.

-The early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in time applies, unless additional room nights are purchased to ensure immediate room access. In general, the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.

-Free time: during free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible change of route: our representative in Peru has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc...) must be communicated before arrival in Peru, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Withdrawal by the consumer: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate for personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-People with reduced mobility: many places in Peru, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, they please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or cause inconvenience to the rest of the group, the group will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for services that cannot be enjoyed.

-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services of telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
